Barn

The Coyote Creek barn is a full-scale boarding barn with 34 stalls offering a window option on the outside isles, and a windowless option on the inside. Windows and all points of entry include sliding doors to maintain security, and warmth when necessary. The premises is monitored 24/7 by both visual and audio recording. On-site Barn Manager/Trainer.

Stalls

Each Coyote Creek stall measures 12x16 and features:


  • stall floors have a layer of shredded rubber under mat for added cushion and comfort
  • automatic water bowl with extra flushing during hot months to help keep water cool
  • fan
  • upgraded flooring technology to help keep stalls clean
  • 1x daily cleaning
  • 2x daily feeding (Inc. 1 supplement)
  • saddle pad rack

Tack Bays

The barn includes six tack bays for grooming and preparing horses for riding including cross-ties, tack storage and a cleanup bucket & shovel.

Arenas

Coyote Creek features a 80'x180' covered arena with electricity and a sound system. A premier sand mixture is used as footing to keep riders safe and horses healthy.



A 150'x250' uncovered, lighted arena is currently under construction.

Paddocks

Coyote Creek includes seven  paddocks where boarded horses roam, graze, drink and play throughout the day. Night turnout is an option.
